BacardiVM is a software that assists you in making sure your computer and you are safe from companies attempting to track you. This is done by modifying unique identifies on your computers hardware either temporaily or permanently.

We don't use numbers for these serails as companies searching for these serials have skip cases for these. Product Manfucaturers such as intel also stopped shipping their processors with Serial Numbers for privacy reasons and we want to uphold that. Manufacturer Parts for PC's will come without Serial Numbers anyways.

Natively, we support all Motherboards and Processors. If for some reason it does not work on your system after contacting and getting remote support from staff, you will be issued a refund.

Yes. We backup your serials, simply choose restore in the software and it will restore them. If you had reset your pc in between changing your serials, you will need to make a ticket to get a restoring build.

If the software does not work for you and it is an issue on our side, you will be issued a partial refund. Partial refunds are done as there are certain transaction and networking fees that will not allow a full refund. Grace Period of 48 hours apply after purchase.

If you dispute of any kind instead of contacting us for a refund, you may be subject to extra charges and banned from usage of our software and services.

Risky means that the game may be having issues with either temp or perm. Refunds are not granted if you attempt to do a risky game and it does not work.
